Access BIOS

  • During the boot process, press the BIOS key. Common keys include F2, F10, Delete, or Esc. The key may be displayed on the screen during startup.

Enable Virtualization

  • Use the arrow keys to navigate to Advanced, Advanced Mode, Configuration, or a similar section where CPU settings are found.
  • Look for options labeled Intel Virtualization Technology, VT-x, AMD-V, SVM Mode, or similar.
  • Select the virtualization option and change it to Enabled.
  • Press F10 to save changes and exit BIOS. Confirm if prompted.

Confirm Uninstallation

  • Restart your computer to ensure all components of Vanguard are removed.
  • After restarting, check for any remaining Vanguard files in the installation directory (usually C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard). Delete any remaining files manually.
